Carl Lane, 55, faces several felony charges, including one for selling drugs in a school zone. KTTC-TV notes Lane's home is right across the street from the Hawthorne Learning Center.

KAAL-TV reports authorities found about 35 grams of meth, four guns, some pills and $4,600 in cash inside Lane's home. Officers reportedly obtained a warrant to raid the home after conducting four controlled buys from Lane.

The last notable meth bust in Rochester came in December. Officers arrested Mason Stuhldreher, 27, after finding more than 100 grams of meth inside his vehicle, says a report by KIMT-TV.

Meth is a highly addictive stimulant drug that is chemically similar to amphetamine. It takes the form of a white, odorless, bitter-tasting crystalline powder, according to the National Institute on Drug Abuse.
