Shooting reported Monday morning in northwest Rochester

(THE MED CITY BEAT) - Several shots were reported early Monday morning in northwest Rochester.

The shooting happened around 1:45 a.m at the intersection of 55th Street NW and Bandel Road NW.

A 20-year-old man was stopped at traffic light when a white vehicle drove by and fired several shots, according to the police report. A 20-year-old woman was also in the victim's vehicle.

No one was injured, but officers did find a mark in the victim's car indicating it had been hit. Officers also found at least three shell casings at the scene.

No arrests have been made, according to police. The incident remains under investigation.
