Don't tilt that kilt: Man busted in Rochester for flashing a stranger

(THE MED CITY BEAT) - A man was arrested Sunday evening for allegedly exposing himself to a stranger in the Silver Lake Center parking lot.

The Wabasha man, 40, is accused of going up to someone's vehicle and lifting up his kilt. He then turned around and bent over, according to police.

He was reportedly not wearing any undergarments.

The man inside the vehicle notified a nearby officer about the incident. The officer was parked outside the shopping center writing a report about a car accident that occurred a short time before.

The suspect had been involved in the crash, which was minor and involved no injuries. Police said the suspect was not intoxicated.

He was cited with indecent exposure and disorderly conduct.
