Police: Teen assaulted near Riverside Central Elementary in Rochester

(THE MED CITY BEAT) - A Rochester youth was assaulted by two older teens Monday, according to a police report.

 

The alleged incident happened around 5:20 p.m. in the 500 block of Fifth Avenue SE, near Riverside Central Elementary School

According to the report, a 14-year-old boy was hanging out with a girl of the same age when two other boys came over and pushed him to the ground.

The suspects allegedly beat and robbed the boy, even emptying out his pockets. Police said the victim's only possession was a knife.

The boy suffered injuries to his face and forearm. He declined medical treatment, notes the report.

The two suspects are described as mixed race males ages 15-17:

  1. Blue eyes, straight hair, blue and yellow shirt
  2. Pony tail, about 5'6", thin, blue shirt
