Two teens arrested in Rochester for flashing replica handgun

Two teens face felony charges following an apparent road rage incident in Rochester on Tuesday.

The incident happened just before noon in the 200 block of South Broadway. According to a police report, an 18-year-old woman reported to police that the driver of another vehicle had displayed what she thought was a handgun.

Police later located the vehicle in a nearby Taco Bell parking lot. Once the suspects drove away, police stopped the vehicle and arrested a 16-year-old boy from Byron and a 17-year-old girl from Rochester.

A BB gun, designed to replicate a real handgun, was located inside the vehicle. The two teens face felony charges of assault and terroristic threats.
