(THE MED CITY BEAT) - Titan Development & Investments has sold the AmericInn near the Rochester International Airport to a company from Wisconsin.

Rochester-based Titan will be aligned with the new owner, CLT Investments of Prairie Du Chien, as a partner; however Titan will no longer be involved in the day-to-day operations of the hotel.

“With the numerous focuses that we have around Rochester and across the country, we felt that it was a good time to sell the AmericInn," said Titan CEO Andy Chafoulias. "It’s a great hotel with consistently solid numbers and we foresee a very successful future for it."

The financial terms of the agreement were not made public. CLT Investments has immediate plans of enhancing the exterior and interior of the 72-room hotel, according to a news release.

Titan has been involved with the development several businesses around the airport, including Ground Round and the International Event Center.

The company is currently working on two major downtown projects: the $17 million H3 Plaza building (nearly finished) and the $138 million Broadway at Center project (awaiting final approval).
