Demo under way at Alatus site
Demolition began this week on several properties to the south of St. Marys Hospital to make way for the $115 million Alatus project.

The 13-story project includes 346 residential units and 21,000 square feet of commercial space.
In 2016, the Destination Medical Center Corporation Board approved $10.5 in TIF support for the development.
