Don Nordine: Michael Wojcik gives people a voice

Don Nordine: Michael Wojcik gives people a voice

During the past eight years, Michael Wojcik has been a tireless worker for Rochester.  He takes the time necessary to make informed decisions to improve Rochester.  He participates in all neighborhood meetings and leads initiatives which improve our neighborhood.  He listens to people and gives them a voice in decision making.  No problem is too big or too small.  He has planted trees, helped improve crosswalk safety, and enforced city ordinances to make our neighborhood better.

The Alatus project is an example of how Michael has worked with the neighborhood, city, and developer for a proposed development.  He started the process of informing the neighborhood about the development process and gave us a voice during the whole process.  He took time to work with all the neighbors, developer, and the city through the entire process.  This is not any easy job and Micheal does his homework to make sure all parties are being responsible.

Rochester needs informed, hard-working leaders like Michael Wojcik. Vote for Michael Wojcik on November 8 to keep your voice heard in Rochester!

Don Nordine is a resident of Ward 2.
