Oct 5 Rochester's Cicis pizza buffet closes up shop; no more locations left in MN

Fans of Cicis will now have to get their pizza fix elsewhere.

The buffet restaurant, located next to the Goodwill on South Broadway, closed this week. A sign on the door reads "Thank you for your business!" The business's phone line has been disconnected and inquiries to the chain's corporate office were not returned Wednesday afternoon.

The Texas-based company has more than 450 restaurants in 32 states. The Rochester restaurant had been its only remaining Minnesota location.

There is some good news, however, for local pizza lovers. The highly-anticipated opening of Pasquale's Neighborhood Pizzeria is expected within the next few weeks. We'll keep you posted on that one.
